The options
Book one house — or take the whole place.
Two design-led houses on fourteen gated acres in Driftwood, ten minutes from Wimberley and half an hour from Austin. Stay in one house, or book both and have the entire property to yourselves.
The Guesthouse
One bedroom for two guests, with roughly five private fenced acres of its own — a cowboy pool, fire pit, dog trail and run, all separate from the main house. The quiet option, and the one couples book again.
The Noble House
Around 4,300 square feet across five bedrooms sleeping twelve, or a four-bedroom configuration for eight. Observation tower and spiral stair, chef’s kitchen, heated and chilled cowboy pool, triple garage.
The whole property
Both houses, all fourteen acres, up to fourteen guests — and no one else on site. The right choice for a milestone birthday, a family reunion, or a group that simply wants the whole place to themselves. Book both houses together for the run of the property.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome at both houses.
Not merely tolerated — genuinely welcome. The guesthouse has its own dog trail and run inside its fenced acreage, so there’s somewhere to let them off. Shade, water and room to roam at both houses. Leashed on the wider property, since the far acres are shared with deer.
What’s Included
Everything’s already there.
No add-on menu, no upsells at check-in. Pool heating, firewood, filtered water and Wi-Fi are already in the rate at both houses.

Good to know
Questions we’re asked most.
Is the pool heated?
Heated and chilled, roughly 65 to 102 degrees, so it works in August and in January. Heating is included, not an add-on.
Where does the water come from?
Rainwater, harvested on site across the whole property, then ozone-treated and Berkey-filtered. It’s softer than city water and there’s no chlorine taste.
Is firewood included?
Yes. Firewood for the fire pits comes with the stay.
Are there cameras?
One, outside the barn, covering the entrance. None inside either house, and none facing the pools or fire pits.
Can we bring dogs?
Yes, at both houses. The guesthouse has a dedicated dog trail and run.
Can we book both houses?
Yes — book them together for the whole property, up to fourteen guests with no one else on site.
